Online Payments.
We offer online payments via automatic draft from checking or savings accounts or payments by credit cards from our system Appfolio. We must have a valid email on file to send an activation to setup your online portal. We encourage all homeowners to utilize the online portal even if you do not want to use it for online payment options. We send communication emails and updates through the portal including monthly overall financial documents and notices.
